WIN AN INAUGURAL JETSUITEX FLIGHT SEAT

JetSuite, the U.S.’s fourth largest private jet operator, is readying themselves to launch a new public charter air carrier called JetSuiteX which will fly daily Monday to Friday. JetSuiteX will service in the busy San Francisco Bay Area to Los Angeles market on April 19, and eventually to Las Vegas. The San Francisco Bay Area refers to Buchanan Field in Contra Costa County in Concord, just northeast of Oakland and about an hours drive away from SFO. Skip LAX and hop into Burbanks Bob Hope Airport for this flight. The initial SFO/LA area flights will begin with three daily flights in newly configured Embraer 135’s. For those looking for table stakes in Las Vegas, that service will fly just once weekly on Friday nights and returning Sunday afternoons.

If you’ve been around long enough, you might remember that PSA once flew from Buchanan to LA back in the late 80s and early 90s. Oh yes, those were the days as they had five times daily flights.

Called “Private for the Public” it reflects a semi-private jet experience that is affordable for a much broader audience. JetSuiteX will provide many of the comforts usually associated with private jet. Each aircraft will feature 30 seats with 36-inch seat pitch (single and double per row), free wi-fi and the coolest benefit—service from private jet terminals (FBOs) … much faster, more comfortable and likely to major delays, long security lines or congested airports.

And you knew this was coming, the management team behind JetSuiteX includes principles that launched JetBlue which means that every JetSuiteX customer can earn TrueBlue points when flying JetSuiteX.

JetSuite Inaugural Flight Contest

Two readers of BoardingArea will be selected to fly on the inaugural flight between the East Bay of San Francisco and the outer reaches of Los Angeles.  We’ll make sure you receive:

  • JetBlue Points.
  • A free domestic flight to get you to the Bay Area.
  • Bragging rights. (Only 30 people on this first flight!)

Enter by simply adding a comment below. Any comment will do—such as naming your favorite blog to read on BoardingArea, how much you really, really want to be the first to fly or even tell us why you of all readers should be the one.

We will pick the winners on Saturday April 16th at NOON (MDT) so we can make flight plans for you if you don’t live in the Bay area.

Winner will be selected at random from the comments below. One entry per person

“For travelers on the busy SF-LA corridor, JetSuiteX now offers a real choice – a private jet style experience for the price of an airline seat. Many of our private jet customers have been asking us to provide the JetSuite experience in an aircraft with more seats and longer range, and we’ve listened. The E135 is the perfect aircraft for a family vacation, group sports trip, or destination wedding, so people can even charter the whole aircraft very cost effectively,”
